ElBaradei : Together We Will Change , Yes We Can

Mohamed ElBaradei has issued his first official statement after his visit to Cairo from couple of days ago. This statement answers all the questions from the kind of "What does he want !!??"

This is what we as Egyptian people including Mohamed ElBaradei want :

1- To end the emergency status.

2-Full judicial supervision on the presidential elections.

3-Local and international civilian on the presidential elections.

4- Providing equal opportunities for all candidates especially in the Presidential elections.

5- To grant the Egyptians abroad the right to vote in the Egyptian embassies and consulates

6- To ensure the right of candidacy without abusing restrictions in compliance with the international covenant on civil and political rights and limit the right of candidacy  to two terms only.

7- Voting through the national ID number.

We will be able to achieve those basic steps towards real democratic life and real reform if we start to amend the following articles in the constitutions : 76,77 and 88

ElBaradei ended his statement with a catchy statement that should be our motto :

Together We Will change

Yes sir , together we will change , yes we can

But of course the official media is trying to make us believe otherwise claiming that there is nothing new about these demands as others demanded them before !!?? Of course they did , we have been demanding them for a long time for God sake. The stupid official media is missing the point , it is not about ElBaradei !! Anyhow what do you expect for some imposters calling themselves journalists who used to believe ElBaradei is a nuclear scientist !!?? Three words to them : Yes We Can

Here is the official statement "in Arabic"
